For small order: If your order is small, you don't need to care about the shipping process, we will arrange the whole process for you, that is, DDP (Duty Paid Delivery) and DTD (Door to Door) service, import customs declaration/duties are included in the shipping fee . If we are unable to ship the product to your address, we will issue a full refund and your order will be cancelled.

When will I receive a tracking number?

There is no doubt that LiFePO4 batteries are one of the safest lithium-ion batteries out there. Due to its chemical properties and safe internal structure, LiFePO4 batteries will not explode even if they are severely damaged (such as puncture/strong knocks).

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 20-30days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
