Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 
Notes
Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

About customs duties and shipping


Since batteries are contraband, many express delivery and logistics services cannot deliver them, and their arrival will be slower than other products. Please wait patiently after placing your order. And we do not accept disputes and negative reviews caused by factors such as the express company's long delivery time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. When will I receive a tracking number?

Normally, it takes 3-7 working days. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our warehouse.

Are LiFePO4 batteries safe?

There is no doubt that LiFePO4 batteries are one of the safest lithium-ion batteries out there. Due to its chemical properties and safe internal structure, LiFePO4 batteries will not explode even if they are severely damaged (such as puncture/strong knocks).

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 20-30days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?

Class A: Battery performance meets manufacturer's specifications. And new and unused, with factory data sheet.

What if the item(s) I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
